The first few weeks of welcoming your new baby into the world is a complete whirlwind. Coming along for your newborn session is a time to relax in my home studio for a few hours while I create your timeless images of the start of this new baby’s journey. As a newborn photographer your baby’s safety is priority. I have trained with some of the most amazing photographer’s from all over the world, including Australia, as well as constant online learning. Sessions are baby led always ensuring they are happy and settled. I have a wide variety of props which you choose from before baby arrives so you can relax knowing your session is all ready to go. And of course siblings and the new parents are always encouraged to join the session, this is the start of your new baby’s legacy!

Melanie has photographed both my boys for newborn shoots, she was so patient and she really captured them beautifully. I’ve also had mini shoots for Christmas photos which are full of fun, excellent value for money and I’ve always been delighted with the photos.

YOUR QUESTIONS
The sooner you book in the better! You are pencilled in for your due date and as soon as baby comes you let me know and we get you in within the first 2 weeks of arrival. If you haven’t booked in and want a baby session or are over the 2 weeks don’t worry, although sleepy poses might not be guaranteed you will still get gorgeous images in your gallery.
If baby is bottle fed please take a few extra, babys do tend to feed a wee bit more sometimes. Also if baby has a dummy bring it along. Bring along your outfit for your family part of the session, or spare ones just incase. I keep the studio nice and toasty to keep baby cosy and settled and you can expect a session to take around 4 hours depending on baby feeding, changing and settling. Siblings are of course welcome, please let me know on booking any siblings joining in and the ages so we can work the session around their needs too. Disney plus and Netflix are a huge help I have here for long sessions.
Images will be ready around 2 weeks after your session and you will be invited back for your exclusive viewing and ordering session. This is when you choose your package and wallart all with my help and see and feel all my beautiful products I offer. Payment is due at your viewing and remember your booking fee is deducted from your chosen package.
